Fast internet access is achieved via HSDPA and Wi-Fi, resulting in varying degrees of speed to be achieved based on signal strength and proximity to W-Fi facilities. GPRS & EDGE offer the primary means of connecting to cellular networks. Connections to other compatible devices, Bluetooth and USB connections are provided as standard.
One of the improvements on the iPhone 4 predecessors is the digital camera. Whilst the iPhone 3G offers a 2 MP digital camera, and the iPhone 3GS a 3.15 MP digital camera, the iPhone 4 offers a 5 MP unit. This results in improved performance from previous versions of the handset, and can also shoot HD video. A raft of image enhancing features is included as part of the camera's software package which simplifies the task of taking great snapshots.
Already selling well, Apple claim the launch of the iPhone 4 is their most successful launch ever. It is easy to see why it has already proved to be a hit.
